Absolutely! Whether it’s your current business number or even your cell phone number, you can transfer it to Ubigo. Some conditions apply, but usually Ubigo is able to transfer your North American numbers in just a few days.

Good news! It’s possible to transfer your current phone number’s management to Ubigo.
Please take note :
- Ubigo is able to transfer most of the numbers from Canada and United States. For the other countries, requirements may vary, so please contact us at lnp@ubigo.co first.
- $25 fees are applied for each of billing address associated with your numbers to be transfered. The amount will be debited from the balance in your Ubigo account. Please add enough credit in it to cover these portability costs.
In order to begin the transfer procedure, you need to complete, sign and return (to: lnp@ubigo.co) the Letter of Authorization (LOA or LOA 800) below:
Please note that the service of your ported number might be interrupted during the migration process. This interruption can be between few minutes and one business day.
